In today’s episode, Sarah interviews Taylor Bloedon who is the co-chair and an Associate Professor in Kinesiology at Cal Poly Humboldt with an emphasis on nutrition and health promotion. She has a Ph.D. in Food and Nutrition Sciences with an emphasis in Exercise Science. She is also Registered Dietitian and a Board-Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics. They will be discussing hormanal changes and how we can improve our health through diet during perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause.
